PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a framework connection and column base connection method for a wooden construction, which not only exerts sufficient strength but also drastically improves working efficiency during connection work, and also to provide a connection fitting for use in the method. SOLUTION: According to the method, a guide through hole G' for the connection fitting is bored beforehand in a beam H to be connected to a framework (column V), at a predetermined location close to a contact surface of the column V, and fitting seat scooping holes A are bored at upper and lower portions of the same, followed by forming a fitting bearing and fixing surface A' for the beam H, to which a vertical guide shaft 13 is inserted in a manner being stably seated on a bearing and fixing plate Z1 of a lower cylindrical fitting washer Z, to thereby fix the beam H to the contact surface of the column V at a predetermined height. In this manner, the load of the beam H can be easily borne by pin insertion, correct framework connection by bearing and fixing the beam H by means of a fitting pin P, and a surface of the bearing and fixing plate of the cylindrical fitting washer Z. Further by using the cylindrical fitting washer Z, the bearing and fixing shaft S, and a column base connection fitting II, the column base connection to the column V is made.
