PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an analyzer capable of avoiding the collision of a device to be driven with an obstacle, and to provide an intrusion detector. SOLUTION: The analyzer 1 has the devices 6, 7 and 11 to be driven installed on a base stand 1a and a cover 1b for covering the devices to be driven in a freely opening and closing state and the intrusion detector 20 is disclosed. The analyzer 1 includes an imaging apparatus 21 for imaging the upper surface of the base stand 1a, a stationary image storing part for recording the stationary image on the base stand imaged at the time of opening of the cover by the imaging apparatus, a differential image forming part for forming the differential image of the image and stationary image on the base stand imaged by the imaging apparatus, a setting part for setting a monitor region for forming the differential image around the devices to be driven, a detection part for detecting the intrusion of the obstacle in the monitor region on the basis of the differential image and a control part for stopping the drive of the devices to be driven when the detection part detects the intrusion of the obstacle in the monitor region or operating an alarm device.
