An antenna device is provided with a structure of a non-power supply element (3) disposed at a distance from a power supply element (2) to which electric power is supplied through a contact point (15) on a circuit board (4), so that a resonance state is made out with capacitive coupling. The non-power supply element (3) is formed to resonate with a frequency different from a resonance frequency of the power supply element. Both the power supply element (2) and the non-power supply element (2) have extending portions (6, 7) protruding an outside from, but formed along, a direction to one edge side surface of a ground surface (5) formed on the circuit board (4). At least either the power supply element (2) or the non-power supply element (2) is provided with a plurality of curved portions formed three-dimensionally, so that at least a part of the extending portion (6) along the edge of the ground surface of the power supply element (2) and the extending portion (7) along the edge of the ground surface of the non-power supply element (3) are provided at a distance from each other in a thickness direction of the circuit board (4) to project to the outside from ground surface (5) in a manner with a substantially equal length.
