<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing color filter capable of enhancing the finish on completion of development when using a photosensitive transfer material for the manufacture of a color filter and capable of manufacturing a high-quality color filter without strictly performing accuracy control of a rotation brush, and to provide a processing liquid used for the method of manufacturing color filter. <P>SOLUTION: The processing liquid comprises at least water and alkanolamine, wherein the content of alkanolamine is 2 to 40 mass% for the whole, the alkanolamine includes triethanolamine and diethanolamine and the content of the diethanolamine is 3 to 12 mass% for the total amount of the diethanolamine and the triethanolamine. In the method of manufacturing color filter, the processing liquid is used for removing a thermoplastic resin layer as the photosensitive transfer material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
