PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fried food product manufacturing apparatus cooking a shapeless food to efficiently manufacture a fried food product of a predetermined shape regardless of the skill of a worker, having a so-called conveyor maximally shared with various fried food products, reduced in apparatus cost, and improved in efficiency of switching work. SOLUTION: The fried food product manufacturing apparatus for frying a food material while being conveyed in an oil tank, includes a molding frame member 18 for molding the food material into a predetermined contour, and an input side conveyor 16 for conveying the molding frame member 18 on the food material input side of the oil tank. The food material is temporarily fried together with the driving of the input side conveyor 16, moved on a linear plate to a main conveyor, passes through main frying together with the driving of a main conveyor, and is sent to the following process.
