PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce noises generated in a permanent magnet embedding rotor when the permanent magnet contacts the rotor core slightly when rotational speed varies. SOLUTION: In a motor in which a permanent magnet embedding rotor rotates freely through a gap with the internal circumferential surface of the salient pole of a stator, the rotor is provided with a rotor iron core laminating rotator cores of high permeability thin iron plate having a plurality of holes for containing permanent magnets; and a plurality of permanent magnets accommodated and held in the holes. A hole for caulking is provided on the external circumferential side of the rotor of the hole, and the rotor iron core is caulked with rivet pins from both sides and the rotor iron core is deformed by pressing, and thus, the rotor iron core and the permanent magnet are fixed in surface contact. In this way, a low-noise motor can be achieved. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
