PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an image transmitting device to suitably operate even when read conditions set between devices at transmission destinations are not coincident with each other when the image transmitting device is provided with a function of acquiring the read conditions of an image from the external devices at the transmission destinations of image data. SOLUTION: The image transmitting device 100 is made to acquire the read conditions of the image from information processors 200a and 200b at the transmission destinations of the image data (S13 to S16) and when the read conditions include a plurality of "compulsion" read conditions which are different from each other, one of the "compulsion" read conditions is used as a read condition of the image data to be sent.
