A laser for skin treatment is provided to constitute a thermoelectric semiconductor as a cooler to perform cooling in a more stable manner and to prevent irradiation of laser and high frequency not in contact with a skin. A laser for skin treatment includes a laser module(3) of a single bar type, a high-frequency rod(1), a laser guide(2), a thermoelectric semiconductor(12), coolers(11), and a housing(5). The high-frequency rod provides high frequency current to a skin through laser. The middle of the high frequency rod is supported inside the housing. The thermoelectric semiconductor cools the high-frequency rod and the laser guide to minimize side effects on the skin. The thermo electric semiconductor cooler and a laser cooler(31) are connected to each other. An operating lever(53) is installed on one side of the housing.
