Control module for a conveying device of a modular conveyor

The system has a control device provided for controlling of conveying devices based on a transported material that is conveyed along a conveying path and stays in connection with the conveying devices. The control device has a control module (510) that is connected with other control modules (511, 513) for data exchange. Each control module has a standard interface with a set of interface positions, where the positions are assigned through transmission of a conveying device-specific parameter set to the control module for controlling the conveying devices.
