摘要 A pixel structure of an organic light emitting display device is provided to optimize space utility by forming a contact hole in consideration of line arrangement and an aperture ratio while maintaining a conventional design rule. A pixel structure of an organic light emitting display device includes an organic light emitting diode(OLED''), a first transistor(M1''), a second transistor(M2''), a third transistor(M3''), a fourth transistor(M4''), a fifth transistor(M5''), a first capacitor(C1''), and a second capacitor(C2''). The first transistor is connected between a first power line(L1'') which provides a first power(ELVdd), and a first node(A''), and has a gate connected to a second node(B''). The second transistor is connected between the first node and the second node, and receives a scanning signal(Sn-1) of a previous stage through the gate. The third transistor is connected between a data line(D) and a third node(C''), and receives a scanning signal(Sn) through the gate. The fourth transistor is connected between the first node and an anode of the OLED, and receives a light-emitting control signal(En) through the gate. The fifth transistor is connected between a second power line(L3) which is arranged in parallel to the first power line and provides a second power(Vsus), and the third node, and receives the scanning signal of the previous stage through the gate. The first capacitor is connected between the first power line and the third node. The second capacitor is connected between the third node and the second node. The first capacitor and the second capacitor are electrically connected to the fifth transistor and the second transistor respectively by a contact hole which has at least a pentagonal structure.
