ASEISMATIC STRUCTURE CASE OF RECHARGEABLE BATTERY

A case of a secondary battery is provided to improve the fixing power of cells, to protect cells from external vibration and the increase of temperature and to prevent explosion. A case(1) of a secondary battery comprises a case main body(10) which accommodates a plurality of cells(3); and an upper cover which seals the case main body, wherein a heat radiating hole is formed in at least one of the case main body and the upper cover, and the case comprises further at least one cell space partition plate(30) which is accommodated into the case main body to partition it into a plurality of cell accommodation spaces and has an elastic heat radiating pattern(31) forming the region closely adhered to the cell elastically and an air flowing space separated from the cell at the both plate surfaces.
