A wire drum assembly for wire bonding device is provided to reduce an error rate of products by preventing generation of dust in contact with a discharge part of a wire drum. A first bolt insertion hole(33) is formed in a rotating center direction of an insertion shaft(32). A fixing cap(6) has an outside diameter smaller than an outside diameter of the insertion shaft. A second bolt insertion hole(61) is formed at a center of the fixing cap. The fixing cap is installed at the insertion shaft by using a fixing bolt(62). A hanger part(63) is formed at the fixing cap which comes in contact with the insertion shaft. One or more bearing(7) has an inside diameter corresponding to the outside diameter of the fixing cap. A bushing(8) has a diameter corresponding to an outside diameter of the bearing. The length of the bushing corresponds to a space between the insertion shaft and the hanger part of the fixing cap. A brush(51) is closely attached to an outside diameter of the bushing. |
