PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular drive force control device capable of suppressing a driver's odd feeling in vehicular drive force control devices controlling drive force of a vehicle with corresponding to disturbance influencing travel of the vehicle. SOLUTION: The vehicular drive force control device controls drive force of the vehicle with corresponding to disturbance influencing travel of the vehicle. Control quantity of drive force is reduced (S3, S4) as compared to a case that the vehicle travels on a place not requiring change of acceleration of the vehicle based on a travel environment when the vehicle enters a place requiring change of acceleration of the vehicle based on the travel environment or the vehicle travels on a place requiring change of acceleration of the vehicle based on the travel environment. The place requiring change of acceleration of the vehicle based on the travel environment is a corner.
