PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide process release paper in which a change with the passage of time in its fine texture after being embossed is suppressed and curling is almost prevented. SOLUTION: The process release paper is composed of a paper layer and an embossed layer made of a thermoplastic resin which is set on the paper layer. On the surface of the embossed layer, in the embossed process release paper, at least the surface of the embossed layer is constituted of a cycloolefin polymer. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
