The operating devices are realized in the form of a tilting knob and a proportional interrupter, respectively. The support fixes the operating devices on a rear face and a front face of the base in the support, respectively. One of the operating devices (11) opens and closes a coupling device from a drivers cab, and is fixed on the front face of the base in the support. A hood is fixed on the rear face of the base in the support.
