A disk brake is provided to prevent drag torque from being generated by including a piston retracting unit for retracting a piston from a pad by magnetic force in case of braking withdrawal. A disk brake comprises a disk(50), a pad(52), a piston(56), a caliper(54) and a piston retracting unit(60). The disk is integrally rotated with a wheel. The pad is oppositely installed in the disk. The piston pressurizes the pad to the disk so as to generate braking force. The caliper is equipped with a cylinder(53) installed so the piston is reciprocated. The piston retracting unit allows the piston to be retracted from the pad by magnetic force between the piston and a cylinder in case of braking withdrawal.
