PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately detect a contact abnormality of an electric connection part such as a connector for connecting the body of an electronic device to a load, and reset to a normal state, without being affected by load fluctuation of the electronic device. SOLUTION: A potential of a connection point between reference resistances Rr0 and Rr1 is defined as the first reference input and a potential of a connection point between reference resistances Rr1 and Rr2 is defined as the second reference input, and each potential is compared separately with an output (a potential difference between both ends of a contact resistance RX of a connector) of an operation amplifier 2 by comparators 1, 5. Each output side of the comparators 1, 5 is connected to the noninverting input side of inverters 12, 11 and operated like a bistable multi-vibrator, to thereby allow a detection characteristic to have hysteresis without being affected by the load RL.
