摘要

Disclosed is a filler for optical isomer separation with excellent optical separation ability, which is high in immobilization rate of a polymer compound derivative to a carrier. The filler for optical isomer separation is characterized in that a polymer compound derivative, which is obtained by modifying a part of a hydroxyl group or amino group in a polymer compound having a hydroxyl group or an amino group with a compound represented by the following general formula (I): A-X-Si(Y)_nR_3-n, is supported by a carrier through a chemical bond.
