摘要 A polymerization catalyst composition for a radical polymerizable monomer, comprising a transition metal-containing phosphazenium composition which is produced by mixing a phosphazenium compound represented by the general formula (1) below with a compound of a transition metal belonging to Groups 4 to 12 on the periodic table with an organic halogen compound: (1) wherein n is an integer of 1 or greater which represents the numbers of phosphazenium cations; Zn- represents an anion of an active hydrogen compound in the form that is induced by allowing to leave n protons from an active hydrogen compound having n active hydrogen atoms; a, b, c and d independently are an positive integer of 3 or smaller or 0, provided that all of a, b, c and d are not 0; and R1 to R 24 independently represent a hydrocarbon group having 1 to 10 carbon atoms and R1 and R2, R3 to R 4, R5 and R6, R7 and R8, R9 and R10, R11 and R12, R13 and R14, R15 and 16, R17 and R18, R19 and R20, R21 and R22, or R23 and R24 may together form a ring.
