A process for preparation of anticorrosion coating on external surface of metal pipeline by application of three-layered polymeric system, which consists of protective layer from high pressure polyethylene and adhesion layer in which epoxy composition is applied before forming, and adhesion layer consists of mixture of ethylene copolymers with vinyl acetate. Forming layer based on epoxy oligomer and structuring thereof are carried out for 2-15 seconds at temperatures of 180-210 DEGREE C. On surface of epoxy layer with thickness of 0.06-0.2 mm, at the temperature of 160-180 DEGREE C and pressure effort of 50-150 Pa an adhesion layer is applied with thickness of 0.2-0.4 mm, and thereafter on the surface of adhesion layer of 140-160 DEGREE C and pressure effort of 50-150 Pa the film of high pressure polyethylene is applied with value of surface tension of 38-46?10-3 N/m.
