A conical vibration-resistant mount is provided to improve the vibration damping effect and to obtain safety against a lateral load by arranging several elastic members in reverse conical shape. A conical vibration-resistant mount comprises an upper housing(20), a reverse truncated elastic member(50), and a lower housing(40). The upper housing(20) has a conical protrusion that extends downward. The reverse truncated elastic member(50) is positioned below a fixing plate and an intermediate housing(30) is interposed between the fixing plate and the upper housing(20). The upper housing is made from foamed rubber or foamed urethane. The lower housing(40) has a reverse truncated region for receiving the reverse truncated elastic member therein and a bottom plate having a fixing groove.
