An assembly bar type table is provided to let a cook or an assistant directly serve customers food by combining table plates on the upper part of a table body in a longitudinal direction and to let several persons sit together by joining the table plates in a transverse direction. An assembly bar type table is formed by variably fitting table plates(2) on the upper part of a table body(1). The table body is composed of: a receptacle support unit(12) protruded upward higher than a table plate support unit(11) and integrally formed in the table plate support unit; a fitting groove(111) formed between the table plate support unit and the receptacle support unit and fitted by the table plate; a hanging projection unit(112) formed at the front edge of the table plate support unit in a longitudinal direction; and cross-type hanging grooves(21,21') formed at the lower part of the table plate. The table plate is fitted into the fitting groove of the table plate support unit. The hanging groove formed at the lower side of the table plate is combined to the hanging projection unit of the table plate support unit. Accordingly, the table plate is variably joined to the table plate support unit.
