<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water section member for easily removing stain, while smoothly draining water splashed on a surface to a drain part, with a simple constitution. <P>SOLUTION: This water section member 3 is constituted by forming a body surface part 1 as a downward gradient toward the drain part 2 side. A painted layer 4 is formed in the body surface part 1. The painted layer 4 is constituted by forming a hydrophilic painted part 5 formed by hydrophilic paint and a water repellent painted part 6 formed by water repellent paint, by separately painting by on-demand system painting.
