PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facing panel mounting structure which facilitates adjustment of a locational deviation of a joint by moving facing panels even if they are connected to each other via support bar members. SOLUTION: According to the facing panel mounting structure, the plurality of horizontal support bar members 2 are mounted on a building substrate 1 in parallel with each other, and the facing panels 3 are sandwiched by the upper and lower support bar members 2, whereby the facing panels are arranged on both upper and lower sides of the support bar members 2. Herein the facing panels 3 are arranged in plurality side by side in a direction X along the support bar members 2, and at the same time they are slidable in the direction X along the support bar members 2.
