PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pallet holding device capable of simplifying constitution. SOLUTION: This pallet holding device is furnished with a holding device main body 7, a plurality of rotation axes 8a to 8d supported on the holding device main body free to rotate, a plurality of holding clicks 10a to 10d mounted on each of the plurality of rotation axes 8a to 8d, an operation handle 12 connected to the rotation axis 8a to drive and an interlocking transmitting means 14 to transmit rotation of the operation part (operation handle) 12 to each of the plurality of rotation axes 8a to 8d by interlocking with it. The plurality of holding clicks 10a to 10d are revolved to a holding position from a releasing position when the operation handle 12 is rotated in a specified direction in a state where a plurality of pallets 4 are lifted up by a lift device and the pallet on a second step from the bottom is positioned at height corresponding to the plurality of holding clicks 10a to 10d, and consequently, it is possible to fetch the pallet 4 on the lowest step.
