PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an arrangement structure of a container terminal capable of improving efficiency of loading and unloading greatly. SOLUTION: This container terminal has the arrangement structure provided with a shore crane for putting a container to be loaded and unloaded in the first direction at all times, a low bridging system capable of loading and unloading a load by the shore crane and having a low bridging rail and a low bridging lift carrier being along the first direction and a low bridging platform carrier capable of loading and unloading a load onto/from the low bridging lift carrier, a transfer carrier system capable of loading and unloading a load by the low bridging system and having a transfer carrier rail being along the second direction and a transfer carrier for turning a container put on the transfer carrier rail by 90 degrees, and a yard crane having a yard crane rail in the second direction and capable of loading and unloading a load onto/from the transfer carrier system to make the direction of arrangement of a container on a yard vertical to the direction of arrangement of a container on a ship.
