PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data transmission system capable of restraining a risk of data loss to the minimum while maintaining superiority of non-procedural data transmission such as UDP/IP transmission procedure, and the data transmission system taking advantage of both the non-procedural data transmission such as the UDP/IP transmission procedure and procedural data transmission such as TCP/IP transmission procedure. SOLUTION: In the system for transmitting data non-procedurally as in the UDP/IP transmission, when the data 4 is transmitted 5 from a device (A)1 to a device (B)2, an address of the own device is also sent in addition, and the device (A)1 receives 6 the data 4 which is sent from the device (A)1 itself as return data 4.
