<p>A side gusset pouch container (1) where the side edges of side face gusset films are sealed to the side edges of substantially rectangular front and back face films, the upper and lower edges of the front and back face films are sealed to each other, and a spout (6) is provided at the upper part of the container. The capacity of the container when it is completely filled is 50 to 250 ml, and the distance between the front and the back face with either the front face or the back face placed on a horizontal surface after the container is filled with the content is 7 to 25 mm. The container can restore its original shape by elastic deformation when the container is held and pressed by one hand to pour the content and then released from the pressing. The amount of water sucked into the container while it is being released from the pressing is greater than or equal to 15% of the level when the container is completely filled. A packaged product formed by placing a combination nutritious composite or a fluid substance with viscosity of 500 to 50000 cP in the container (1) is also provided.</p>
