A method of a water tank construction is provided to avoid contact between concrete and stored water by building a structure laying a non-corrosive material in the tank for easy and simple construction of the water tank. Concrete mould form constituting inner surfaces of a water tank to be built are made by covering the wall surface with non-corrosive plates(20) while preparing concrete mould form for outer surfaces of the water tank is same as conventional method. To pour concrete, a number of anchor pins(50) are installed to each of the non-corrosive plate after connecting non-corrosive plates and plates(10) of concrete mould forms constituting the outer wall with sepa-ties(30). Upon hardening of concrete, plates constituting outer surfaces of the tank are separated, and one end of each sepa-tie is removed. For inner surfaces, a cap nut(36) is fastened to the thread part(31) of each sepa-tie after removing reinforcement plates(40) to complete the process.
