A vibration pattern generation device of a terminal and a transmission and reproduction method are provided to generate a receiving bell signal by randomly combining various patterns of vibration signals recorded at a table and to offer the pattern combination to a selected party, thus a user is able to generate the receiving bell signal of the user's own characteristic vibration pattern. A wireless unit(100) wirelessly receives a paging signal received from the other party, and wirelessly receives combined vibration pattern signals in SMS(Short Message Service) type, then wirelessly transceives a communication signal. A controller(110) records the vibration pattern signals in a memory unit(120), and controls/monitors so that a vibration pattern signal set when the signal is called in vibration mode state can be outputted as a receiving bell signal. A table unit(130) provides a vibration pattern signal of a selected pattern number under control of the controller(110). A vibration unit(140) generates various patterns of vibration signals as receiving bell signals under control of the controller(110).
