A method and an apparatus for processing a command set protocol for prevent malfunction are provided to prevent malfunction occurring by noises such as EMI and ESD by a new standard command set protocol for creating key code information. A method for processing a command set protocol for preventing from malfunction includes the steps of: transferring to a command register input enable mode before inputting a predetermined command(S610); setting information corresponding to the input of the predetermined command in a state of transferring to the command register input enable mode(S640); and transferring to a command register input disable mode after setting the command register(S660). The predetermined command includes an image write start command. Clerk signals and reset signals required to write information of the command register are allowed to be transmitted to the command register in the command input enable mode and the signals are prevented from being transmitted to the command register in the command input disable mode.
