摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transflective liquid crystal device having no unevenness in a gap between substrates even when a thickness balance of a liquid crystal layer between a transmissive display region and a reflective display region is made appropriate by a layer thickness adjusting layer, and to provide electronic equipment using the device. <P>SOLUTION: In a counter substrate 20 of the transflective liquid crystal device 100, a color filter 241 for transmissive display which is thin and has a wide chromaticity region is formed on a transmissive display region 100c of the lower layer side of a counter electrode 21, and a color filter 242 for reflective display which is thick and has a narrow chromaticity region is formed on a reflective display region 100b.
