PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil pressure pump device capable of reducing an extent of instruments or members being arranged around the oil pressure pump device to be an obstacle for recovery operation of transmission oil when the oil pressure pump device is mounted on the operating apparatus, and when a transmission casing of the oil pressure pump device is located deeper inside the operating apparatus body. SOLUTION: A transmission casing 43 has a flange 45 being connected to an engine block 60. The housing 21 of a parallel pump 10 incorporates a discharge port 50 for the transmission oil and a discharge pipe line 51 for leading the transmission oil from the discharge port 50 into the transmission casing 43.
