PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for attaining a variable-reluctance angle sensor having high reliability in insulation and a high output with a simple structure and at low cost. SOLUTION: In a stator 4 having twelve teeth 2, an exciting winding 7 is concentratedly wound around the respective teeth 2 numbered 1, 2, 3, 7, 8 and 9 to be in the same polarity and concentratedly wound around the respective teeth 2 numbered 4, 5, 6, 10, 11 and 12 to be in polarity opposite to the above. A SIN output winding 8 in which the respective teeth 2 mainly numbered 2, 4 and 12 have the same polarity is concentratedly wound in succession around the respective teeth 2 numbered 6, 8 and 10 to be opposite in polarity. A COS output winding 9 in which the respective teeth 2 mainly numbered 3, 5 and 7 have the same polarity is concentratedly wound in succession around the respective teeth 2 numbered 9, 11 and 1 to be opposite in polarity.
