PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charge control device of a photovoltaic power generation facility that can full charge a storage battery in a short time, that suppresses the power consumption from the storage battery after full charging, and that can perform the efficient operation of the storage battery. SOLUTION: The charge control device is provided with a plurality of solar cells, the storage battery charged by a plurality of the solar cells, and a control device that controls switches provided between the solar cell and the storage battery and the charging of the storage battery.
