PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a servo valve abnormality detection circuit wherein one system is separated when an abnormality occurs in a triple-system coil servo valve circuit, and the failure cause of the abnormality is clarified by the deviation in the model signal with other system during the separation. SOLUTION: The servo valve abnormality detection circuit comprises: a triple-system controller for controlling the current running in a triple-system servo coil for operating the opening of a servo valve; a servo amplifier for supplying the current to the servo coil by amplifying the deviation between the actual opening signal of the servo valve from a servo valve opening detector for detecting the actual opening of the servo valve and the command value of the servo valve opening from the controller; and a separation circuit for separating the controller from the servo coil when it is determined that a servo valve circuit is abnormal in a triple-system abnormality detection circuit for determining the abnormality detection by inputting the actual opening of the servo valve and the output value of the servo amplifier. The abnormality detection circuit determines the normality and the abnormality by the second deviation between the calculated value of a servo coil signal output model when the triple-system coil servo valve circuit is normal and the signal value of the servo amplifier.
