<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce power consumption in a standby state by reducing a leak current of a system LSI mounted with a memory. <P>SOLUTION: A power source switch is provided in a logic circuit in the system LSI, the switch is shut off during standby to reduce a leak current.
