PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to smoothly perform insertion and removing of a paper or the like from a necessary position in the middle without removing the top paper or the like filed in a file in which string-like inserting members are inserted through filing holes of filing papers to file the filing papers. SOLUTION: Supporting feet 5 and fixing parts 6 for fixing on a cover by extending the tips of the supporting feet 5 are provided from cylindrical filing tubes 7 which have thicknesses inserting through the filing holes 4 of the filing papers 3, and flexible filing strings 8 inserting inside of the filing tubes 7 and passing through them are provided. The filing tubes 7 and the filing strings 8 are fixed at opposing positions each other by placing a back part 2 between them, and filing is performed by inserting the filing strings 4 inside of the filing tubes 7. In addition, it is also possible that the filing tubes 7 are made to be tubular filing tubes 12, and lateral holes 13 through which the tips of the filing strings 8 pass are fixed on the roots of the filing tubes 12 toward the opposite direction of the back part 2 under an erected condition.
