PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the cycle time sharply by fixing a sintered core and upper and lower insulators simultaneously, to make possible to fix them without requiring adhesive by simply rounding a series shape into tubular shape, and to make possible to apply winding simultaneously to all sintered cores. SOLUTION: The sintered core joint structure consists of a sintered core 1, an insulator unit A where a plurality of upper and lower synthetic resin insulators 2 and 3 split vertically and covering the sintered core are jointed at a hinge 4 and formed into a circle through the hinge 4 after production, and winding 5 formed as a coil. The cores 1 are formed in series and independently from each other, and covered with the upper and lower insulators 2 and 3 of the insulator unit A. Thereafter, the winding 5 is wound by a predetermined number of turns between the upper and lower insulators 2 and 3, and the sintered core 1 is fixed to the upper and lower insulators 2 and 3.
