PLASMA DISPLAY PANEL

摘要

A plasma display panel is provided to improve the uniformity of a firing voltage in each discharge cell by controlling a size of a discharge gap according to sizes of particles of a protective layer. A first and second substrates are disposed opposite to each other. A barrier rib is disposed between the first and second substrates in order to define discharge cells. Address electrodes corresponding to the discharge cells are extended in a first direction between the first and second substrates. A first and second electrodes corresponding to the discharge cells are extended in a second direction crossing the first direction on one of the first and second substrates. A dielectric layer is formed on the substrate in order to cover the first and second electrodes. A protective layer is formed to cover the dielectric layer. A size of a discharge gap formed between the first electrode and the second electrode is different according to sizes of particles of the protective layer.
