The device has a washing zone (118), a pumping clear washing zone (134) and a fresh water clear washing zone (138) for cleaning of cleaning goods (112) e.g. cup, with a cleaning liquid. A microwave disinfection device (160) is provided with a magnetron (164) for generating a microwave radiation (172). The microwave disinfection device is arranged to cause hygienization of the goods accommodated in the device (110). The microwave disinfection device has a waveguide (168) for aligning the microwave radiation.
