THIN FILM TRANSISTOR ARRAY PANEL AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

A thin film transistor array panel and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to reduce a manufacturing time and a manufacturing cost by reducing the number of masks in a manufacturing process. A gate line(121) is formed in a first direction on a substrate(110) and includes a gate electrode(124). A first and second data members(171a,171b) are positioned opposite to the gate line along a second direction perpendicular to the first direction. A connective member(192) is formed to connect the first and second data members and includes a source electrode(193) which is overlaid partially on the gate electrode. A drain electrode(195) is opposite to the source electrode. An organic semiconductor(154) is partially overlaid on the source electrode and the drain electrode. The gate line and the first and second data members are formed on the same layer.
