VISUAL HANDICAPPED PERSON FOR CROSSWALK OF SAFETY STANDBY EQUIPMENT

A device for guiding the safety zone in a crosswalk for protecting children and blind people is provided to improve reliability and a quality of products by outputting an alarm sound and a message in case that children or blind people are entered into a roadway. A device for guiding the safety zone in a crosswalk for protecting children and blind people includes a first standby zone unit(1) and a second standby zone unit(7). The first and second standby zone units are installed on both ends of a sidewalk respectively. The device for guiding the safety zone outputs an alarming sound and a message by transmitting a detected result of a light emitting unit and a light receiving unit as a detection sensor to a speaker in case that blind people, people who have bad sight, color-blind people or children are deviated from the safety zone and are entered into a roadway.
