A rolling machine having three dies is provided to easily process even a small workpiece by firmly holding the small workpiece by attaching a rotating ring on the outer periphery of a form rolling die. A rolling machine having three dies includes a rotating ring(10), a rolling dies part(20), a slide(30), a reciprocating unit(40) and a driving unit(50). The rotating ring consists of a cap part and a pinion. The cap part has a width enlarging from one point to an other point. The pinion is formed on a part of an exterior of the circular rotating ring having a predetermined length. The rolling dies part includes a roller, a roll type rolling dies and rotating shaft. The roller moves along the cam part. The roll type rolling dies is formed on an opposite side to the roller having screw thread thereon. The rotating shaft rotates the roll type rolling dies. The slide is fixed between rolling dies, and guides the rolling dies part. The reciprocating unit includes a rack gear and hydraulic cylinder, and rotates the rotating ring. The rack gear is engaged with the pinion. The hydraulic cylinder reciprocates the rack gear. The driving unit rotates the roll type rolling dies, and includes a joint and a driving gear box. The joint is connected to the rotating shaft. The driving gear box is installed below the joint.
