A small-size machining device with a balance control unit is provided to prevent vibration generated when moving a tool guide moved vertically by a mechanical deformation of a piezoelectric ceramic, by supporting the tool guide by the balance control unit. A small-size machining device with a balance control unit comprises a supporting unit(1), a tool guide(2), an actuator(3), and a balance weight. The supporting unit includes a connecting unit at its top, and a guide hole(11) at its side portion. The tool guide has a tool at its lower part, and inserted into the guide hole to move vertically. The actuator is positioned at an inside of the tool guide, and deformed mechanically by receiving external voltage. The balance weight is connected to the tool guide by the connecting unit and positioned at a rear side of the supporting unit. The balance weight moves vertically by both guide units positioned at the rear side of the supporting unit.
