PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of steel floor for clean room which can improve toughness of structure and reduce its weight as well, by integrating a manufacturing process through combination of hard brazing and heat treatment technology of steel materials. SOLUTION: Steel materials are pressed into a framing bar with several designated dimensions and a cover plate with a fixed dimension. At the same time, a plurality of projected parts and fitting slits are formed on each framing bar as well. A plurality of fitting slits are arranged on the cover plate corresponding to the projected parts. A frame structure is constructed by aligning and assembling a plurality of the framing bars lengthwise and breadthwise, and mutually connecting crosswise the fitting slits on the framing bars. After completion of construction, the frame is put into a first heat treatment furnace with weight on it to release stress. After completion of the first heat treatment, solder is applied on connecting parts of the frame. Then the frame coated with solder and loaded with the weight is welded all together through a continuous furnace. The frame after completion of welding and the cover plate are combined, while the projected parts on the frame and the fitting slits on the cover plate are mutually fitted, and then the projected parts are pressed and flattened.
