PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an implement for flower arrangement, dispensing with preparation for a working desk, and improving work efficiency to smoothly arrange flower materials in a flower material holding block with good accuracy. SOLUTION: This implement for flower arrangement includes: a leg-frame like work table 10 having support legs 12 fitted to a frame-like part 11; a plate-like body 20 provided with a through hole 21 penetrating the plate surface and horizontally placed on the work table; an auxiliary piece 8, which deformable, and is a plate-like piece larger than the through hole, and which is provided with an insert part 81 in the central part allowing a grip 5a of a bouquet holder 5 to pass through and with a plurality of cutout parts 82 formed directing from the outer peripheral edge toward the insert part; and a position mark indicating means 30 for indicating an assembling position mark 31 for the flower material on the upper surface of the plate-like body 20, wherein the grip part 5a is passed through the insert part 81, the grip part 5a of the bouquet holder 5 fitted with the auxiliary piece 8 is passed through the through hole, and the grip part projecting downward from the plate surface is pulled downward to put the auxiliary piece 8 closer to the grip part 5a, thereby integrating the bouquet holder 5 with the plate-like body 20.
