The device consists of a holding element, arranged in the shank of the pin (1), so that the holding element is engaged at the shank of the pin and is fixed in the fixing position in the pin. The implant consists of an implant foil (4) for contacting of living tissue or nerves in the visual system of the eye. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) tool for operating the device, has a holding element placed on the shank of the pin (2) method for fixing implant in the eye of a human or a mammal by a pin and (3) method for explanting of implants by a fixing device.
