<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic material which contributes to the improvement of the characteristics of the sending and receiving performance of a RFID tag even in high carrier frequencies. <P>SOLUTION: The magnetic material has a metal composition expressed as; Fe<SB>a</SB>Ni<SB>b</SB>Zn<SB>c</SB>Co<SB>d</SB>(a+b+c+d=3.0; 2.1≤a≤2.7; 0≤b≤0.4; 0≤c≤0.4; and 0.1≤d≤0.5). Preferably, ferrite film 144 having a thickness of ≤30 μm and an aspect ratio of ≥30 is formed from the ferrite material by a ferrite plating process. The film is placed closely to antenna conductor 120 of RFID tag 100. Ferrite film 144 may directly contact with antenna conductor 120. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
