PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely and easily measure a measurement object without errors in such a work field under bad conditions that wind is strong, with bad footing conditions at a high lift place, by correctly holding the measurement location of the measurement object. SOLUTION: The measure for high lift works, which is used for measuring length, dimension, etc. of the measurement object O by two workers W in the work field at a high lift place, such as a steel tower T or a construction site, consists of a long scale belt 2 provided with a scale 1, and a case body 3 for winding/housing the scale belt 2.
